  • For duplicating Windows to other displays is not set correctly, please press Windows + P on your keyboard for duplicating options.
  • Make sure in zoom video settings "mirror my video" is NOT checked as this will only mirror your viewing. All cameras in classroom are already mirrored for the viewer.
  • No need to login on PC unless accessing your network drive through the Cuyamaca logo app on desktop.
  • PC will reset every night deleting all sensitive data. You can still plug in a USB flash drive for easy access and transferring.
  • Microphone selection in zoom should be set usually to "same as system" otherwise if its not working correctly please make sure microphone is set to "Shure ANIUSB-Matrix Echo Canceling" as this is the ceiling microphone best used for Hyflex.
  • Speaker selection in zoom should be set usually to "same as system" otherwise if its not working correctly please make sure speaker is set to "Extron HDMI" or "SONY PJ" or "Shure ANIUSB-Matrix" depending on classroom.
  • Camera selection in zoom will be in most classrooms the ability to select the "Logitech Webcam" above monitor and "USB Capture SDI" or "AverMedia SDI" or similar for the PTZ cameras on the celling for use with Hyflex. 
  • To switch camera views that option is only in zoom for video selection. To operate the camera (movement, zoom, auto tracking, power) that will be done on the touchscreen under camera controls. Note: Cameras must be powered on first before utilizing in zoom. 
  • Camera home button icon under camera controls is a quick button to set the camera view towards the instructor lectern and student view. You must choose desired camera first then press the home button.
  • Please power down system from touch screen when finished with session. Also if your having problems please try powering down and starting up again from the touchscreen.
