Cuyamaca College Logos

Cuyamaca College owns and controls its name, logos, insignias, and seals, and they are strictly for district and college use only.

For official materials for the district and college, the Cuyamaca College logo is available to download. For branding, marketing and accountability reasons, it is important that all printed materials, Web pages, official correspondence, as well as promotional and outreach materials produced and used by the college, display the college logo clearly and consistently.

If you have any questions about usage, please visit the branding guidelines or contact Michael Navarre, director of college and community relations.

Guidelines

To ensure consistent representation, the logo cannot be altered or distorted in any way. Do not change the color, alignment or spacing of the icon or text.

Do not enclose the logo inside other artwork, such as clip art or shapes.

Always make sure the logo prints no smaller than 3/4” across for the primary, or vertical, logo and 1 7/8” wide for the secondary, or horizontal, logo.

To download logos:

Right-click (Mac: control-click) the link for the graphic format you wish to download and choose "Save target as..." or "Save link as..." to save the file on your computer.

Cuyamaca College logos are available to download in three formats: EPS, JPEG and GIF. Some file formats can only be opened or viewed using specific software (such as Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator).

  • *EPS files -- the standard format for graphics and printing professionals. This is a vector format.

  • JPEG (or JPG) can be used to insert the logo in a document with a white background. Use the GIF file for backgrounds other than white to avoid the appearance of a white box around the logo.

  • GIF files have transparent backgrounds and their file sizes are minimized, making them ideal for web use.
