- Formerly known as the Professional Learning Network, the California Community College Chancellor's office has created this comprehensive and virtual professional development resource center. All California community college employees are able to create an account using their campus email address. This site has resources for effective practices, and thousands of short videos on subjects such as MS Office, Email Efficiency at Work, Productivity, and Stress Management.

Classified School Employee Week
Classified School Employee Week (CSEW) will take place May 18-22, 2026. This week will involve activities to celebrate classified professionals, and demonstrate appreciation for their contributions to our College and District. More information to come.
Classified Professionals Day/Week
The 2026 Classified Professionals Day will be held in partnership with Human Resources on June 11th, 2026 at Grossmont College. Classified Professionals Day alternates each year between the two campuses. Information for the day and classes will be sent out by Human Resources.
Classified Leadership Institute
The Classified Leadership Institute is the largest, most comprehensive learning conference and professional development
opportunity aimed at California Community College Classified Professionals. The Classified
Leadership Institute seeks to promote leadership training while strengthening the
classified presence in participatory governance at the local and state level. The
conference is open to all Classified Professionals.
