Facility Use Reservations 

Thank you for your interest! Our facilities at Cuyamaca College can be reserved by any member of the local community or employees of the Grossmont-Cuyamaca Community College District (GCCCD). Please review our Facilities Policies, Procedures, and FAQ's prior to submitting a request. We look forward to hosting your next event!

For External Users:

To request the use of any of our Facilities, please complete our Facilities Reservation Application. You will hear back within 7-10 business days. Please review our procedures and policies prior to submitting a request for expedited processing.

For Internal Users:

Please submit your requests through 25Live here. Need an account? Please reach out to salma.apple@gcccd.edu to request account access to 25Live for direct submissions. Through your 25Live account, you will be able to: 


-  View real-time availability of our facilities
-  Attach any relevant documents to your request
-  Easily create diagrams for event layouts/setups
-  Submit multiple dates/times within one request

-  View real-time updates, notes, and approvals of your requests

-  Access our Campus Calendar, Event information, and more.
