Switchboard
The switchboard operators serve as the first contact for callers to Cuyamaca College,
and direct contact for Cuyamaca College staff.
Functions:
- Direct callers to appropriate departments and/or personnel
- Provide general information about the campus and college programs and activities
- Provide faculty/staff with information and direction
- Provider back-up with distributing/maintaining keys for campus
- Maintains all campus phones, voicemails, and department phone trees
- Creates/maintains database for campus directories
- Back-up for mailroom - mailroom supplies, and processing of incoming and outgoing
mail
