Our goal is to provide quality service in a timely manner. In order to do so, we have
implemented an cancellation policy. If it is necessary to cancel your scheduled appointment
as soon as possible, you are required to cancel your appointment via the scheduling
portal Failure to do so will result in a "no show". Appointments are in high demand,
and your early cancellation will give another student the possibility to have access
to timely counseling services.
A "no-show" is someone who misses an appointment without canceling. Failure to arrive
at the time of a scheduled appointment will be recorded as a "no-show." Students who
"no-show" for an appointment 3 times in a single semester will not be allowed to schedule
another appointment until the following semester.

if needed.
