Gainful Employment and Certificates of Achievement

Cuyamaca College offers a range of certificate of achievement programs whose primary goal is to prepare students for employment into various occupations in California industry sectors. Students interested in developing advanced levels of proficiency in a career area may pursue a Certificate of Achievement, which requires the completion of 18 units or more.  Completion of a certificate of achievement program provides the student with the knowledge, skills, and abilities to seek employment in their chosen field of study.  Some professions may require state and/or federal certification for licensure exams in addition to the certificate of achievement.

Below you will find information on each of our certificate of achievement programs including a description of the program, the cost of the program, graduation rates, and employment opportunities.
