The ICS Support Team provides customer-oriented support to members of the Cuyamaca College community to make the best use of technology on and off-campus through teamwork, universal access principles, and a proactive approach to identifying and solving problems. This includes installation, configuration and troubleshooting of District-owned desktops, laptops and related peripherals for Cuyamaca College faculty and staff. This team works closely with the Cuyamaca Help Desk, District Information Systems, and Instructional Media Services to resolve any number of instructional technology issues facing the campus as well as any outside events.
The TechMall Support Team provides support to currently enrolled students with student ID’s, assistance with Blackboard and Web Advisor, as well as basic directives in the use of computer, peripherals and software applications. The TechMall staff offers a wide variety of technical and software support to help students, faculty and staff make the best use of technology on and off-campus. They are committed to provide quality service through teamwork and a proactive approach to problem identification and solution.
