Dr. Rachel Rosenthal is currently the President of Folsom Lake College in Folsom, California. She joined Folsom Lake College in July 2012 and has twenty years of experience in the California Community College system in both single- and multi-college systems. Along with Folsom Lake College, she worked at Sierra College for five years as Vice President of Instruction and thirteen years at American River College (ARC) as Dean of Planning and Research, Dean of Mathematics, and mathematics professor. She served as Accreditation Liaison Officer at both Sierra College and ARC, and has served on multiple accreditation teams.

Bryon Bell is currently Vice President of Student Services at Folsom Lake College in Folsom, California. He joined Folsom Lake College in January 2013, bringing with him nearly 25 years of experience in education. Bryon has teaching experience in the k-12 system, has counseling and advising experience at the college level, and has worked in program development in the California State University system. He spent more than ten years as the Executive Dean of the Clear Lake Campus of Yuba College overseeing all instructional and student services areas prior to joining Folsom Lake College.
|Dr. Celia Cruz-Johnson
San Jose City College
Dr. Celia Cruz-Johnson has been an educator since 1986 and has extensive experience in the area of Basic Skills particularly ESL and developmental reading at the community college level. She has worked for San Joaquin Delta, Gavilan, Foothill, DeAnza, and Mission colleges. She joined San Jose City College in 1990, where she has served in multiple roles, and became a full time reading faculty in 2002.
At San Jose City College, she coordinates and oversees the development and implementation of CSLOs and PSLOs and program review for the Reading Department.

American River College
Dr. Adam Karp began his career at American River College in 1999 as a professor of Spanish. During his tenure as a faculty member he served as department chair, and he was responsible for developing curriculum for hybrid/distance education delivery modalities. He has long served on both the Technology Committee and the Curriculum Committee, including two years as the faculty curriculum chair. After 17 years as a classroom teacher, Dr. Karp transitioned to administrative leadership in 2010, as the interim Assistant Dean of Science and Engineering. He has served in his current role as Dean of Fine and Applied Arts at American River College for nearly two years.

City College of San Francisco, Ocean Campus
Dr. Jeffrey Lamb recently started as the Dean of English and Foreign Languages at City College of San Francisco. Prior to that, he was the Interim Dean for Liberal Arts and the Dean for Academic Success and Learning Resources at Solano Community College. He has over 18 years of experience as faculty teaching Spanish at public, private, and international institutions. Dean Lamb served as Academic Senate President and Accreditation Liaison Officer at Solano College. This is his second site visit team experience.

Kapiolani Community College
Ms. Susan Murata is currently the Library Director at Kapiolani Community College in Honolulu, Hawaii. She has worked on four campuses within the University of Hawaii System for over twenty six years and has been the Library Director at Kapiolani Community College since 2001. She is also responsible for the open computer labs and the testing center at the college. She served as co-chair for Standard I for the college accreditation Self-Study in 2006, as co-chair for Standard II in 2012, and has served on multiple accreditation teams. She was appointed as a Commissioner to the Accrediting Commission for Community and Junior Colleges in 2010.

Cathie Browning is the Institutional Researcher at American River College. She has 15 years of experience in Institutional Research. Cathie developed the college's integrated planning system that included program review, Educational Master Plan (EMP) and Student Learning Outcomes. Cathie Served on the Classified Senate for 10 years in various positions, including 2 years as Classified Senate President and 4 years as Past President. Her committee experience includes Planning Coordination Committee, Program Review Subcommittee, Equity, Curriculum Tech Review, Professional Development Coordination, Classified Professional Development Committee. She was awarded State Classified Staff Member of the Year Award, 2013, Classified Staff Member of the Year 2011, and 2010 Meritorious Service Award for Classified Staff.
|Dr. Arvid Spor
Vice President of Student Services
Dr. Arvid Spor is the Vice President of Student Services and Interim Vice President of Academic Affairs at Citrus College in Glendora, California. He has over 19 years of experience in higher education with the last 14 years served at El Camino College and Citrus College. Dr. Spor has held positions in student services, planning, and academic affairs. He is currently the Accreditation Liaison Officer, served as the Self-evaluation team co-chair, and been on five accreditation teams.
|Dr. Gilbert H. Stork
Superintendent / President
Dr. Gilbert H. Stork was selected as Cuesta College's Superintendent / President, first on an interim basis on January 1, 2010, and then permanently on November 2, 2011. He has a longstanding relationship with Cuesta College, first serving as a physical education instructor/assistant football coach beginning in 1967, and then as a mathematics instructor in 1970. He has also served the college as Division Chair for Mathematics and Physical Science, Associate Dean, Dean of Sciences, Mathematics, and Physical Education/Athletics, Assistant Superintendent / Vice President of Student Services, Interim Dean of Humanities, Interim Dean of Workforce and Economic Development, and Interim Superintendent / President.
|Ms. Deborah Wallace
Associate Vice President Financial Services
Deborah Wallace is Associate Vice President of Financial Services for California State University, Northridge (CSUN). Deborah provides leadership for CSUN's financial services department overseeing all financial systems and processes relating to business activities of the university, including, accounts payable/travel, student financial services, financial accounting, cash services, purchasing and contract administration, tax services and financial reporting.
Prior to joining the CSU system, Deborah was assistant superintendent/vice president administrative services for Antelope Valley Community College District, Lancaster, California.
|Dr. Ian Walton
Mathematics Faculty Emeritus
Ian Walton retired in 2011 after 33 years full-time teaching mathematics at Mission College in Santa Clara, CA. He received the system Hayward Award for Excellence in Education in 2011, the Vasconcellos Advocate Award in 2007 and the CCC Technology Leadership Award in 2006. He currently works on a variety of state and national projects including many accreditation team visits, and the first ever Aspen Prize for community colleges. He was elected as a public Commissioner of ACCJC in July 2013.
Ian grew up in Scotland and has a bachelor's degree in Pure Mathematics from the University of St. Andrews. He came to California as a Fulbright scholar in 1973 and has a Ph.D. in Differential Equations from University of California at Santa Cruz.
