Student Organization Registration

If you are a new student organization, please complete the organization proposal packet.

If you are a returning student organization, please complete the information form and budget page, and then re-submit a copy of your constitution.

After you have completed the paperwork, please drop off the forms at the Student Affairs Office (I -113) and schedule an appointment with the Associate Dean of Student Affairs.
